Meet the owner

Luke White, founder and owner of White Pine, is a Midland native who brings extensive technical knowledge and hands-on field experience to every property we service. What began as a single-truck operation has grown into a fully staffed, full-service company built on defined systems, trained crews, and consistent quality standards.


At White Pine, “The White Pine Way” is our operating philosophy. It means clear communication, professionally trained team members, documented applications, safety procedures, and dependable scheduling that our clients can count on. Our goal is to deliver results while maintaining the highest level of accountability on every property we manage.


Luke maintains professional certifications through Michigan State University, is licensed by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD), and holds credentials with the Michigan Green Industry Association, along with additional industry training focused on safe application practices, plant health care, and integrated pest management.
